Our programs are designed to offer in-home support to those age 60+, with the goal of keeping you at home and out of a nursing home for as long as possible. We offer case management, transportation, grocery shopping, in-home aides, home repairs, and other services at a subsidized rate. We also offer in-home geriatric mental health counseling and legal guardianship and trust services.
