Aging Well Rochester a division of Reflections Management and Care
Founded by Marsha Raines in 1988, Aging Well Rochester was the first private geriatric care management practice in the region. A pioneer in the field, Marsha built a practice grounded in professionalism, integrity, and a deep commitment to supporting older adults and their families.
As of May 2026, Aging Well Rochester is proud to continue its legacy as a division of Reflections Management & Care, under the leadership of Lindsay Kratzer, who brings over 20 years of experience in care management and home care. Together, we remain committed to the same high standards of ethical, client-centered care that have defined this practice for decades.
Our team of Licensed Social Workers and Registered Nurses hold nationally recognized advanced credentials in geriatrics. We provide expert guidance to help individuals and families navigate complex medical, cognitive, and aging-related challenges—including Alzheimer’s disease and memory loss—so clients can live as safely and comfortably as possible.
We remain an independent resource, offering unbiased recommendations and never accepting commissions or referral fees from community agencies.
Worry-free, confidential, and compassionate care for older adults—that is our continued commitment.
